Mary Beth Prosapio has been in private practice first, as a family counselor, and then, as a hypnotherapist in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago for over 25 years. She works with clients through private consultations, provides training in hypnotic techniques and self-hypnosis, and teaches group classes. Mary Beth has had over 2000 hours of training in the theory and practice of hypnotherapy and was the first Advanced Certified Hypnotherapy Instructor in Illinois and is still one of a few in the state.

She offers hypnotherapy, teaches and lectures on a wide variety of subject matter, including (but not limited to) stress/anxiety management, addictions; pain control, and weight loss.
